So it looks like VWOA is gonna come through with the R20 golf. I think Im gonna take it easy with modding for a while to see if I can possibly trade if the car ever makes it here. I want one with a manual so bad!

Only FWD though. They need to make a hatched car that can compete with the WRX STI. Especially now that Suby dropped factory Rallye support. Instead of trying to beat a Mazda 3 their engineers should be trying to outdue a real car. The US A3 was a joke if that was their answer. We need an AWD TT Rocco dammit.

Car is slated to be AWD. The Scirocco R is not because that is made off of the eos chassis. The golf chassis is set up for awd becuase of mkv r32. Most believe this car will be awd. If not I am just going to go BT with my current car.

If they do make that car AWD with only 270hp, your car mildly tuned would eat it for breakfast. The amount of power lost with that AWD system is tremendous. That's why the R32's with the 6 cylinders never could hold their own in the market. Keep thinking big turbo, we won't see that car anytime soon.

There are a couple of reasons that I probably won't go that far with the current ride. I really want a manual transmission. If I am putting that much money into a car, I want it to be something the I haven't hammered through two winters nor something that is full of bondo from repairs. That and I am honestly bored with the current car. I have a little ADD. I wanted to hold out for a scirocco but it looks like those will never make it here.

i'll be at brokedown. Workin on buffin the car and burnin some paint today Barely noticeably but i made a little boo boo when I wasn't paying attention. One of those things that nobody else will ever notice but it will drive me crazy cuz I know its there
