you can make fuel lines pretty easily if you are patient. Its just a matter of bending metal tube without kinking it.
I got my stock exhaust back on the GTI. Can't believe how quiet it is now. Its hard to tell if it is running! Getting ready to trade in the spring. If I go VW the race is between the new GLI (once I see it) and a CC. I have always liked the look of the CC and could use a more professional car for work.
oh man, those pics, the good ol days
rich, my step dad was recently looking at CCs when he was in the market to buy a car. he says that because emissions and mpg are so important now the only way they can reach demands is dropping the roof line down to reduce the drag coefficient. anyways the kicker for the cc was that it was really hard for him to get into, just some info if you were curious
that is definately a drawback of the cc. I just love the looks of them. I have never been so up in the air on what I want for a new vehicle. I might just get a truck and focus my dub attention more on older stuff. Any new car I get is going to turn into a project and I just really need something for daily/utility
Most Def an oldskool wheel for an older car. Perfect for a MKII, although I like them on MKI's too. I missed out on the 15's when they had them last year, but I was leaning towards a 16 anyway with the way my car is set up. Don't have the cash for 16" RS' or TH lines but I think these are money for a 1 piece especially on a black car. I don't think I'm going to stretch tires probably just stick to a 195/40/16 but I may add spacers to the rear to get em Hella Flush.
got some yellow inner ftp lights from the gf for my birthday. also got a gift cert. to bfi to put towards the engine mount. it's slowly starting to ramp up for the spring
rich, i am interested in the springs if you haven't found someone else to take them off your hands. just wanted to give you a heads up until we get in a garage to do the work.
beetle belongs to kyle gf. Its pretty nice 1.8t. The hair dryer was to dry some epoxy faster. We cut holes in the housings to run wires to HID ballast and epoxied after but it was taking forever to dry. I just thought it was funny that kyle had a pink hair dryer with no women livin in the house
