This article is also from the premier issue of MT Classic. It's special to me because it showcases the talent of one of the greatest of all automotive designers, Richard Teague of American Motors Corporation. When the very first issue of a new magazine has a stylish, modern layout, along with well-informed and insightful copy, and then adds lushly beautiful graphic images, you know that it is something really special.

Do you enjoy old cars and long-winded stories about them? If your answer is "yes", then you might enjoy my blogpage. Try it here: http://vwlarry.blogspot.com . Leave a comment, too; I love feedback! Thanx for reading.

Nope, they're AMX/3 taillights. Teague operated on a low budget, but not THAT low.
