I just saw a 2 door MkV GTI CW with votex kit on denvers, no front plate, parked in the OCC parking lot

also saw a 2 door MkV GTI BMP w/ classix, no tint, front plate, leaving OCC. it was a guy that had a buzz.

this is all at around 2:45 pm.

ralleyd out in ontario off of Haven...You were exiting of the 60 fwy
making a left... I was in the POS honda but in the passanger seat
