What we have here is one of the last of the hand built classic Mercedes Benz's. An absolutely beautiful CA car. Full leather interior in excellent condition, power steering, power windows, power sunroof, four wheel disc brakes, fuel injected 4.5L V8. This car was very advanced for it's time, as all S-Class Mercedes are. The odometer doesn't work, but I'd estimate the mileage at about 110,000. Overall the condition of the vehicle is fair. It has some issues, but it's not a car that you'd have to put any work into immediately to enjoy. Just drive it as is. In fact I've driven it over 150 miles continuously without incident. The car doesn't overheat AT ALL. Price is $2000/obo. I'm not in any rush to sell her, so please no extreme low ball offers. I'm looking to get somewhere between $1500-$2000 for her, which I think is fair. I know how rare these 4.5L 280se's are, and if I don't get any reasonable offers I'll simply keep it. This is a truly fantastic car. Makes me smile every time I drive it. If you'd like to take a look at the car or have any questions about it, please contact me (Ryan) at (916)548-7244. Sorry about the crappy iPhone pics. Thank you for looking.
