    There's no reason to think it won't work. There's loads of rubbish chains in that segment that have existed here for years. It's worked out in every SEA country except Hong Kong.

    need recommendations for a good steak place, done rockpool and squires loft, both good but rockpool a bit overrated like the one in sydney, anything else to consider??

    pref. around southwharf, TIA

    If you can be assed going to south yarra, steer is pretty good.

    meanwhile, i'm hooked on the petty officer which recently opened in albert park. axil coffee and some of the best breakfast/lunches in town.

    I didn't mind it as said for a quicky dinner. We laughed that for the $9.00 a plate of satay costs we could get 100 satay sticks in Penang

    Exactly. Even in a prata house in Singapore, one could feed a family for the price Mamak charge for a plain prata.

    And have those kunts at Mamak woken up to the fact that it's perfectly acceptable and quite common to put cheese in Prata?
