I hope you realize that theres an all VW yard in Austin( 10acres or DUBS) there. A bit pricy but closer than denver.

I got tools.

I dont follow.to my understanding you just remove the ball joint from the control arm and just unbolt the arm and it falls out.

the only vw i actually had the muffler fall off on was my Vanagon all the other ones i hit something to make it fall off. then again, I was the one that snapped all the motor mounts and forced the muffler up into the frame on the van.

Anyway i was just checkin into see if you guys had settled on a place to meet. i am up for a gtg thats in tyler or longview, other wise its Austin or Dallas and thats just a long drive.

sorry i didnt check this all week last week pretty much.

I have some work I am planning on doing on my car this week, shifter cable bushings, headlights, unibrace, clean air filter, etc...

I saw a sick looking turquoise GTI the other day in Kilgore, and I think another R32 also in the same general area...

I will make an effort to check this more often for sure...

The old abandoned mall is just down the street from my house...

I wouldnt mind shootin the s**t with some of yas this week sometime,,,.
