Yes i have them in stock, we are closed for the Holiday and will return 1/3/11. If you have a factory double din stereo you will need the radio, antenna and harness adapter. It is a very simple install anyone who understands how it works and can follow the directions can do the install.

I've got a double din with XM Radio and 6 cd changer... So I'd be losing the XM and 6 CD's, but gaining Aux and Bluetooth... What's needed for my car in addition to the deck?

Sorry these radios do not fit the mk5 body style cars like your 2006 jetta.

RNS510 is a great replacement for the mk5's, check the classifieds you can get complete used setups for a good price.

Has anyone who's put this stereo in their B5.5 Passat been able to get the steering wheel Vol+/-, Track +/- buttons to work with some sort of converter or wiring job?

It's the only drawback I see to this radio for my purposes, but it's not a deal-breaker.

It may be a GLX I do not remember.
