if u can get n touch wit a guy there named Ryan(if he's still there, he used to be on here) in sales he may be able to give you some insight. There's another guy with a modded gti that's a salesman can't remember his name, but he had some APR stuff done.

Not sure about their "policy" but I doubt they are going to say they "don't care". Wray VW Service is horrible. Every time I have been there they are full of crap. I took my car in for a door lock problem, knowing that via Vag-com I had error codes for a part in the ignition switch (codes that would return if cleared) - and they told me that there were no codes. I wouldn't trust them with any vehicle. IF I ever have to visit a dealer again I'll goto the new McDaniels place.

Clutch went out again... think it's the master cylinder, slave cylinder was leaking too, hope it didn't get any on the clutch Waiting on the hydraulic hose (which cost $100 from the dealer )

Neither wray or mcdaniels would install H&R lowering springs for my B7. But brown motor works said they would do it for me. But McDaniel's did turn their head on HIDs when I took it in for service. They said if they noted in my paper work it could effect my warranty so I guess they ok with mods but just won't do them for you.

I used to be the service manager at McDaniel's Porsche. Their parts pricing scheme is a rip off annd they tend to be extremely shady on repair costs, so be warned. They will screw you on prices.

Between the clutch not fully disengaging so I couldn't shift into any gears, and slipping at high boost after a while, been replacing everything. Clutch has maybe 40k on it, about 1.5 years in. So far replaced:

    -clutch master cylinder
    -clutch hydraulic hose
    -clutch slave cylinder

Pulled the transmission off this morning since none of the above helped, other than getting the pedal to feel normal again and not extra stiff, and still can't pinpoint what happened. Thought a spring from the clutch disc or a finger from the pressure plate would have fell off. Even the throwout bearing is quiet.

Going to get the flywheel resurfaced and purchase another clutch and pressure plate, and clutch fork. Pivot pin was fine, replaced it last time.

I've been on hiatus from the 'tex for a loooooong time, so I figured I'd make some effort to pay attention to what the hell is going on.

Sorry about this guys. I hate it when people bash others on forums and I did it and feel terrible so I retract my statement.

Found my problem this morning after bolting my resurfaced flywheel back on

Looks like that ring snapped or fell off the track and was preventing the pressure plate to retract fully from the clutch disc.

Should have the new clutch and pressure plate by tomorrow

No cup kit available yet just H&R springs with stock shocks. There aren't any new shocks that I could find for the B7 yet either. I could have went with the coil overs for 3 times as much.
