I won't be able to do this as this grille isn't going on until spring. I did however stick the upper grille on to see how it looks and it matches the car perfectly (black car) after this massive snow storm passes i might stick it back on and snap some pics, but the lower grille is too much of a PITA to do just for a pic.

Do the 2 below listed parts accommodate the fog lights or is there other part numbers for this?

Obnoxious OEM aftermarket-look bumpers excepted (Thunderbunny, R-GT or whatever else may exist around the globe), all OEM bumpers should have the same lower center grille opening with the exception of the standard Golf/ Rabbit bumper. If he has an OEM Golf GT, he should have (essentially) the ROW GTI bumper skin, which is basically the US GTI/GLI/Jetta skin without side markers if his region doesn't require them.

All of that is to say... if he has an OEM Golf GT, the grilles should work for him. Of course, I'm not quite sure I've processed why he'd want this setup unless he just doesn't want to paint his factory GT grille. <shrug>
