Great presentation (people rarely take the time to uniformly crop all their images for a post)
Big thumbs up from a fellow '00 BRP 2.5RS owner...well, former owner. I was the original owner and had the car for nearly 9 years. To this day it is still my favorite car I ever owned. Those GC8's will always be near and dear to my heart
I'm jealous. I never get to drive much any more. Your trip covered more miles than I drive in a 2 or 3 year span.
Great photos too. Love the B&W ones especially.

I've been visiting VWV/TCL for something like 9 or 10 years now. Every day I see more of the same lowerit/coolstorybro/omgblueFJpic/yourcarsucks nonsense and wonder why I bother. But every once in a while a post comes along that makes me think "AAAaahhhh that's why..." And this is one of those posts.
Truly beautiful country you got to experience-I'd love to make a drive like that at some point in my life.
Now this was a superior machine. Ten grand worth of gimmicks and high-priced special effects. The rear windows lit up with a touch like frogs in a dynamite pond. The dashboard was full of esoteric lights and dials and meters that I would never understand.
Amazing! And a great choice over flying too!
not to mention that seeing your film photos makes me really want to pick up an N90, ASAP! great post.
My friend used to have a 2.5 RS, was such a great car. Had all the bolt ons for NA performance, cams, tune, headers, exhaust, intake, clutch, flywheel, suspension, brakes etc. The car was so well balanced and sounded SO awesome.

Last frontier iirc.
We see them occasionally down here in OR. Surprisingly normal cars too.
