    Thanks , yeah it started as a g60 with alot of issues, the p.o. never got it running right, I tried with little success. Went with the VR swap. Looking to finish this project in the off season this time around, get the interior done and all.

    I dont know if any one has asked yet but what is still needed to finish your interior. I saw it at H20 didnt look like there was really a whole lot needed to be done just kinda of finish some odds and ends?

    the rear of the car is unfinished, just ripped out the back seat. im doing a false floor, small sub and doing something with the rear panels.

    Good luck with the new motor build, hoping I don't have to follow you down the same path with my car. Cool to see the progression of your car, I also had no idea it started as a g60.

    Just waiting on the pistons actually, block is going to machine shop soon. Should be back together next month.

    ....oohh and Walt, if it makes you feel any better......I had to do a headgasket the week before h2o because my original one was weeping coolant and now my trans has to come out because my rear main seal decided to start leaking oil. Next season will hopefully be full of win.

    I hope it makes you both feel better, no boost for 2010 fer me cause no job is no bueno.
    I might not even be able to make it up north for any occasion. That is the suck.

    Pistons arrived at Forcefed today (83.5mm JE's, skirts and domes coated). Pics later. Block off to Gino's for hot tank, port and polish. Motor assembly shortly, then install.

    I didnt find out until after we spoke.
    Thanks fella's for the motivation, really cant wait to hit the pavement. Lookin forward to Spring SNG with the Rado for the first time in a long time. Im not wishing for sun and fun yet, gotta get a whole lot of snowboarding in before that!

    Actually it was originally black then the previous owner did a horrible over spray job of painting it Ginster but yeah it was yellow when I bought it
