You are on my **** list now. I wasted the 12th year of my life on that game with my friends. I still play the ROM every once in a while.

The first game I was ever good at. I played one game for several hours once before losing because of fatigue.

    (yeah, I'm that old)

    Hell, f*ckin, yeah.

That, and Triple Action. You could dog fight with your friend in that game.

If N64 counts as 'old school' now, StarFox64 is up there, as is MarioKart. TMNT2 for NES is bad ass. Rad Racer, where else could you drive a F1 car and a 328 in 1987?

Edit - oh yeah...and you could do it in 3D.

I do not have a witty comment to share at the moment.

    I liked the sequel better.

The absurd time puzzles were hilarious.

First game I ever played on a Mac:

Dark Castle was also a favorite, albeit in B&W:

    Test Drive II: The Duel

    Vette!

I have recently got back into playing this. Love being Pikachu and beating the crap outta everyone!

And this game claimed many hours of my life. I just loved this game!!

And I must add some other classics such as Mario Kart 64 and Pilot Wings 64. I still own all of these games and play them to this day. By far, the N64 is my favorite console of all time!

How about any of the games made by Epyx for the C64?

    Summer Games
    Winter Games
    World Games
    The Games: Summer Ed.
    The Games: Winter Ed.

and other random games I can think of...

    Skate or Die
    Paradroid
Below the Root (cool adventure game from 1984)

    Is that old skool enough?

I consider anythign old school to be before N64.

These 2 were always one of my favs along with road rash.

And looking back now. Zombies ate my neighbors is probably why i love games like Left 4 Dead so much.

Adding another one while I'm thinking about it. This game about made me commit suicide. I still to this day never bothered to try and beat it.

    BATTLETOADS!!

My cousin and I would get so frustrated at this part. I can't remember if we ever beat it.

I also remember playing the Power Rangers fighting game on Genesis but nothing else. I spent most of my early video game time on a PS1.
