    any of you mk4 guys ever polish a 1.8 awp valve cover? I polished the intake mani, but thinking about the valve cover, looks like its going to be a b*tch by hand.

    if you want to polish your cover, why not pick up an AGN cover? they are smooth and simple, very clean looking, you can only use them if you have push in coil packs tho. personally I have mine painted, but I have bolt downs and a different code cover anyway

    you can use bolt downs on the AGN, just need to modify the cover by tapping for the bolt holes.

    you will have to modify the rubber boots on the coilpacks to run the AGN valve cover. or you can slightly drill out and notch them. it is much easier to just modify the coilpack boots but it means you have to do it to every coil you use (which isnt really a big deal)
