    Finishing up the rest of the project.. Probably a prelude for big things to come in the future



    FMIC almost done...



    I'll have sound clips of the exhaust tomorrow. For a full 3" turboback which incorporates a modified stock cat, the sound and tone of the exhaust is extremely docile and nice.

    This car is TSI thats the OEM MAF location.

    Looks like this is the begining of PPT BT TSI Bob.G

    Yessir, but still playing around w/ inlets before finalizing. FSI and TSI concepts will be very similar. Working on a few things to make it an overall bolt on affair with stock dp configs and a slew of turbo options w/ efficient internal gating... stay tuned...

    Must listen or view on good speaker system. Laptop or cheapie systems will make the sound pulsey. The mic was taken extremely close to the tailpipe which picked up exhaust pulsing. All in all, for a 3" turbo back system, probably the nicest combo I've ever done. When it settles in, doesnt sound too far from stock

    The BT kit comes with a 3'' DP. So will the cat back be an option when purchasing the kit?

    Now for some FSI content.

    New Boost manager controller installation which will control W/M, Boost controller via N75, LPFP voltage and even has an auxiliary I/O for something like an AIC

    Meth pump w/ custom bracketry



    TB adapter CNC'ed in-house for nozzle (working on custom intakes in the future when time allows)

    Congrats to Loudgli. Solid results with the help of our SS vbanded Billet 71R kit on 25psi w/m



    Here are some other things we are working on that arent necessarily FSI related

    Been quite busy lately but here's a small glimpse of what we've been up to lately. We are advertisers on this site surprisingly . Again, much apologies on the crappy cell phone pics.

    New .72AR vband prototype for GT30 style turbos



    Our obligatory exhaust posting. This one is a custom single exhaust to rid the B6 of the stock duals



    Garrett cored custom FMIC core waiting to be fitted

    Beginnings of custom intake mani based on AEB runners, all done in-house



    And at the other dark side of the shop. A MK1 Pickup is getting some love with cosmetics and a 20v transplant among many many and many other things...
