With all the info that you gave us in order to help you out, here's a job that was written about in the papers yesterday that might fit the bill:

I thought they are volunteers. Anyways sorry for
    the very general info.

    Here's more

I'm 19, need to find a basic job to get by and to pay for school. I'm looking to get into some sort of VW Audi program. I have had various jobs since I was 16 all of which are computer related and customer service related. So the types of jobs I would be interested in would be in those fields, unless I can find a Vw place that needs a shop hand. Helping at a shop would grow my knowledge in Volkswagen repair.

I have managed a repair shop for a summer job so I do have some shop experience.

I have training in A+, N+, Visual Basic Programming, Java

Check GoDaddy.com's website. They're usually hiring technical customer service reps. Good place to work from what I hear, too.

Automotive is not the place to be at the moment.

That sucks. Can't blame the dealer tho - its uaually the dealers insurance policy that dictates who they'll insure on their cars.

Why don't you try some online job like Craigslist. You can find several jobs at the comfort of your home

I think that this is a good position for a 19yo who has some computer skills, and some hands-on tech skills. The pay won't be great but you'll get benefits, and you get to drive around and climb on houses all day. Granted, it could get a bit hot in Phoenix.
