idk for the front but the rear should hsve a final offset around 16. thats what my final offset on a 9" rear wheel was on my mk4. and up front i think maybe30ish. idk for sure the front though

and as for tire size. up front i think id do 225/35/18 and rear 225/40/18. just bc your rear doesnt get low enough and those 40 series obv have a little more meat. just like you. so if youre going low we will revisit the rear tire size but the fronts are good with the 35 series so you can turn and **** haha
heres 225/35/18 on the 9"

and its the front wheels on this car

beautiful car btw.
and heres the 225/40/18 on the rear of this car

i think 9's up front are doable up front in the mid 20's... im only an 8 but et 9 and thats flush

et28 looks pretty perfect. just that 5mm more to get to the 15mm adapter size puts the final et at 23 and you think he could turn with an 18x9 et23 while being low? obv he will rub but it would suck if it was too much.
also bc hes looking at 18's not 17's. even with tire size difference i feel like 17's allow you to get way lower but probably not

look like tropic got it figured out for you ben. its doable. i guess id do the 15mm adapter up front to make it 23 and run a 235/40 and the rear final offset of 16 so 22mm adapter and a 225/40.
and tropic i just thought 18's would be harder to have such aggressive offsets. ive seen 17's with et's 0 and ****

they make them. it is small. ian ran some on his bmw. it was fine. i mean a bigger adapter sounds safe and **** but if they make a 15mm im sure its safe enough.

hit up matt@adaptec
they make quality adapters...
i dont think 17 or 18 makes a huge difference
how wide are the wheels in question? 235/40 sounds pretty large for an 9

yeah i meant 225. thats the sizes i posted up earlier and they look good. i ran a 215/40 on a 9. so that works too but for the front id want a little more stretch.
and for matt@adaptec
