Well, we have a breakfast, lunch and drink thread going so I thought I would try a dinner thread.

I had to special order the broccoli raab here in the south so I bought 6 bunches of it now I just need to use it up.

I made Broccoli Raab with spicy sausage over Penne. It was very light and very good. Then some bread with fresh garlic and butter.

Southerners eat fried chicken gizzards and hearts as well.

I had penne pasta baked with a bunch of leftovers and cheese last night with salad and fresh baked bread.

Tuesday night was chicken and shrimp gumbo over rice for Mardi Gras.

I had a Maria Jane burrito last night. It's your standard Chipotle'esque burrito topped with queso and pico from a friend's local restaurant.

Tonight we're making fried shrimp po'boys topped with swiss, beef gravy, shredded cabbage, mayo, and horseradish and one with roast beef for the girl that's allergic to shrimp. I'm not trying to intentionally kill her at this point in time.

Last night we grilled up some chicken breast with lemon and some seasoning, chopped it up and out it in a salad. Left overs will make nachos probably.

I don't know if its just me or do the wings on the cheap wing nights at Wild Wings seem to be like the scraps or something? Any other time you get them they aren't too bad but on Tuesday they are like small and seem shytty?

Last night my wife made a breakfast casserole for dinner. It was excellent. I hope to have leftovers tonight. If not, we may do tacos.
