My friend made his world famous burgers; As he likes to call them.

We bought some ground beef and he likes to mix in crushed up Dorritos, we had Spicy Nacho, and then we throw in some salt, pepper, garlic powder, chopped onion, Worcestershire Sauce, and some Tecate. On a toased onion bun and topped with pepperjack cheese. Pretty damn tasty.

A mish mash of food from SF. Monk fish liver, picked up from the Japanese grocery store, and sushi rice, some futomaki, and part of a shrimp, and part of a crab sandwich from the wharf.

    Sounds good.

I am supporting the GF in a diet so I get 1/2 cup brown rice with a side of green beans and a 4oz piece of baked tilapia

You don't have to be a good cook to make good food. Watch the latest episode of No Reservations. Anthony Bourdain and some of his chef friends actually give a few tips on cooking at home.

They just got in live spot prawns at one of the local asian markets. Cooked them up in a scampi sauce and put them over pasta. I can't get enough of the prawn heads. I was contemplating going back tomorrow and buying more as I was eating the ones I bought today.

I had an Italian sub from Jersey Mike's. I think they're new to the West Coast.

    Not a bad sandwich.

I just got home from work. I think I'll make myself a salad with some raspberry vinaigrette. And some leftover steamed broccoli.

Tonight it was stuffed (and overflowing) baked salmon. Stuffed it with spinach, young fontina cheese, red onion, green onion, fresh garlic and panko. Put it over a plan mixed greens salad/cucumbers/cherry tomatoes. Tasted great, but I would probably pair it next time with some steamed mixed veggies and maybe even a small amount of mashed potatoes. The cherry tomatoes and salmon was a nice combo though, i'll remember that for the future.
