    This was last week.

Sea bass seasoned with salt and pepper and pan cooked. The stuff underneath is baby red potatoes, leek, onion, garlic, savoy cabbage, and baby portabellas. It turned out really good.

^^^ I love me some sea bass

I'm doing a NY strip with asparagus, onions and mushrooms to the side tonight. I don't really eat too many of the mushrooms, but I like the flavor they add.

then I'm watching the Avs get their 3rd win whilst drinking torpedos

Leftover Porchetta sandwich and a ginormous steamed artichoke with a dipping sauce I concocted using mayo, sour cream, meyer lemon zest and juice, s/p, garlic, and parmesan.

I was going to do a brisket, but the butcher shops were closed, so I ended up with grilled veggies instead. Portabellas, Artichokes, and and stuffed peppers.

The peppers were stuffed with a mix of corn, spicy jack cheese, lime, pepper, salt, ground chipotle pepper, thyme, and something else I forget.

We took the portabellas and put them on ciabatta bread with sharp cheddar and chipotle mayo. Everything tasted amazing.

Made some paella tonight after a tease at a restaurant this week. It included chicken, sea bass, mussels, clams, prawns, chorizo Bilbao, saffron, onion, garlic, and clam juice. Steamed green beans on the side, and a simple spinach salad.

Went out to dinner at a place called El Meson. I've had their Carne Asada numerous times there and it's always excellent.

Carne Asada: Thinly sliced grilled steak topped with Chimichurri Sauce. Served with Patatas Alioli (Spanish Garlic Potato Salad) & a salad

In dinner always take a light food. Through light food we can maintain our body with healthy health. Daily you can take fresh fruits and green vegetables in dinner and also you can take a one milk glass also.

    1. Chicken Quesadilla
    2. Over Easy Eggs, Hashbrowns and Bacon
    3. Pasties with Mashed Potatoes
    4. Meatloaf with Corn and Mashed Spuds
    5. Noodles, Grilled Chicken and Marinara
