Homemade lasagne and salad.
A piece of the six foot Foccacia Romana that we get from Il Forno bakery In the Bronx with some homemade tomato sauce, fresh Mozzy that we make and some house cured Guanciale. And a bunch of Hendricks Gin and some other goodies.
Beware the west coast dbags, they know too much!!!!!!
Went to a local Latin/Spanish restaurant and had a trio of tapas and a mojito...
1. Cauliflower fritters with romesco sauce
2. Garlic mushrooms (in an amazing sauce)
3. Beef tenderloin with garlic and manchego on top, served with yellow rice with pine nuts.
Everything was delicious.
