Was looking at an LWRC thread post from 2010 Shot...they have some cool eye candy...nothing too "unusual" though the UK ordered super-shorty AR is pretty interesting.

This is one of the cooler things ive seen in a long time. It looks like he made the firearm part out of Home Depot plumbing department goods.

      That briefcase gun is awesome.

I'd imagine well enough to perform the shots that would be required of it. It's a briefcase gun, so obviously you're not going to be taking it to wide open plains or mountains. It's designed for the urban environment.

Type 89 Heavy Grenade Discharger a.k.a. "Knee Mortar"

you can find these for under $2,000 all day long. transfers as a DD. the ammo is 50mm and practice rounds are not too hard to find.

"Knee Mortar" is a misnomer; ask those that found out it didn't go on your knee the hard way. Base-plate is actually placed on the ground.

They are for sale - even non SBR models (though what fun is that?). I think they run around $2500 or something remotely reasonable.

My dealer has one. I think is it only $1500-1600. It has the fake suppressor and full length 16" barrel. It would make a cool SBR project.

They have some new recoil design that helps with full auto control, but since you can not get it in full auto legally, the whole concept is worthless for semi-auto.

Yeah, the Kris is one of those guns that is only cool or worthwhile in its full-on, as designed, form. Otherwise it just doesnt make any sense.

This exactly. I could go out and get a carbine conversion kit for my M&P, pay for the tax stamp, and have some SBR semi-auto .45 goodnes for less than the 1600. Would I do that? No, I live in CA anyways, and want a full-auto .45.

Dillinger had a few full-auto 1911s. One as pictured with a foregrip and extended mag and a few without a foregrip with smaller mags.

There is a guy in PA who has supposedly THE only full auto 1911 that is transferable and THE only transferable titanium Beretta 92.

I do not know him personally, but he has offered anyone who is in the eastern side of PA to shoot them. I am always tempted to take a nice long weekend and take him up on the offer.

There is a thread over on ar15.com about it. I will do a search in the archives and try to find it.

Edit: I found the threads. It is archived so I do not know if everyone will be able to read unless you are a member on ar15.com

I was the whole time? Why have a tripod that high and with legs that impede operation like that? I can see if it's sitting on the edge of a trench so the soldier doesn't have to fully expose himself, but I haven't found anything that rationalizes the design of that tripod other than it was the turn of the century in firearms technology...
