Why it is common to only notch the passengers side? Seems the clearance is the same on both sides... Do you really low guys ever notch both sides?

only the passenger side needs a notch because it has the longer axle

the drivers side is fine

yea I drive daily, I now take off the votex lip, and use the stock lip for daily b/c I destroyed my last one and they are hard to come by. I kind of want a cupra lip to run on the stock so it doesn't look so 4x4. getting a notch next week finally.

That's exactly what I'm trying to find a solution for... I LOVE the votex lip, but it's gonna be not fun to daily on... I need something, the stock rabbit lip does NO justice...

none whatsoever, I like that it keeps a solid line on the car, but you can be low and the lip just makes it look blah. love/hate. I would love to run the votex if I had a surplus of them. I will use the votex for shows or photos, lol.

I daily my votex rep and beat the crap out of it and its held up pretty well. It was only 100 bucks and fits pretty good... in the process of painting will post 's when done. You could daily a rep and show an oem votex. Funny I am also around the same height/ weight

you guys shouldve stocked up on them votex lips when they where on sale for like $80 bucks. i know i have a couple spares stockpiled

edit: i think dubtechnik makes a replica for cheap.

i also was thinking about getting this lip one day. i think it is a nice looking option other than the usual votex or cupra style lip.

interesting, i dont like it really, but interesting to see basically a gti/jetta votex on a golf bumper.
