Had a great day today. The wife had to work this evening so she had all day off. So, we ditched the kids for the morning, went to a doctor's appointment for me, and then treated both cars to a hand wash. Also, she got to enjoy the Olloclip.

So since I lost one of the headlight washers today, I have to order a new one. For future reference for others, I am listing R32 information here.

The single GTI/Jetta bumper moldings will not fit the R32 bumper. The tabs on the back of the molding are in different locations. Now, this will work if you want to make your 2006 GTI/Jetta have single moldings (provided you have the washers disabled).

Yep. Just ordered it. Will be here Thursday. $17.75 plus tax (1K6-955-110-B-GRU). I am going to try and get it painted by then. I am also snagging a pair of actual headlight washers to help hold these on. They bolt to the metal bumper and clip to the cap. There will be no functionality to these though.

Since Steve mentioned it, I threw on 5mm spacers on the fronts this morning. Looks a little better.

Trim piece will be here tomorrow and washers will be here Friday. So it looks like the bumper will be coming off either Friday or Saturday night. I just have to figure out how to get the cap painted. I still need to pull the passenger rear fender more to match the driver side.

Last night I rolled Fuk it MkV's front fenders and this is going to prompt me to re-roll my fronts. I didn't roll my fronts...a friend did. But the lip isn't as pinched as I'd like. So I'll take care of that. I also need to trim my fender liners.

I will be ordering the OEM Jetta rear sunshade in the next day or so. I have wanted this for a while as well.

Last night I f***ed the s**t out of Fuk it MkV's front fenders, so much that there are paint chips all over his driveway as we speak.
