how big are the spacers you used?

  6. 02-24-2011 03:20 AM #147
Im thinking about selling these and running salad shooters with the same adapters to obtain .7" more offset and achieve flushness.

Thanks 5 speed rwd 1991 volvo 240. 2.3l 4cly 50trim t04e turbo. Custom built coilovers and camberplates. I know that im running way bigger tires than most of you guys and i should tell you, you're missing out on some amazing traction 245 40 17s HOOK. If i ran salad shooters i would probably put some 225 45s on there though.

The wheels are staggered and i'm running 205 40s in front 215 40s in back.

i'm super happy with the way it's sitting, i am actually having less issues with rubbing now than i was with my 15x8 widened steelies.

allot of poke lol especially in the front. Try to find some 8.5s and 205/40s for the front and camber them in as far as they'll go. Or find someone to shave 5mm off your adapters.

duuude. i dont even know if thats going to work for you..is it a 2.0 or a vr? you could possibly make those work with those adapters but with those s drives, they dont stretch well enough to get them to fit in your fenders. not even with a lot of camber

roly_vr6 contact Motorsport Tech and just give them your car info and wheel info you got and they will get it from there, they know the exact measurement and what not to make your wheels fit correctly, awesome people there.

From what I have read a 9+ greater on the front is not possible to do. Then again anything is possible.

It takes 15mm adapters and full camber to actually make the 8.5s fit on O.K. on the front... 9.5s just won't work.

    THANKS!!!!
