No, not at all those are 'old school' deflectors on an old car. see addendom B sub clause F of the in the LOW bylaws and I quote: "Any vehicle that is considered 'Rat' or 'Rusty' my have any accesories of that era including beat up chrome rain deflectors as long as they are by definition old school" end quote.
