I've got till the end of this month before I start cutting down for summer. Been hitting the weights HARD this winter to put on some muscle mass. Up to a 355lbs 1RM bench and 120lbs dumbbell shoulder presses..... Shooting for a 405lbs bench by July 1st, but its gonna be really tough to bring it up once I start cutting weight.
Like a boss! When I stopped working out, my personal best was 375 bench while weighing 183. Now I think I am 375 and can bench 135. Just signed up for Tough Mudder competition for Sept 8th. Gots to get back in the swing again....

basically its a diet that focuses on eating foods found in nature... also known as the caveman diet. meats, plants, fruits make up the majority of this eating strategy.

yes. badly. desperately. :/ but I need all the time I can get.

I could use some advice on a mkIV oil pan, and what you guys have done. I'll have my first mkIV engine in a lowered car here at some point. on the 9a block I had we had a shortened pickup tube and shortened pan. What do you do w/ the chain driven pump? anyone go this route?

car doesnt seem crazy low, but the pan will be sitting quite...quite dangerously. other thought is to raise the motor a bit....but figured I'd ask what you guys may have done.

this is w/ the pan shortened an inch. which left it about even with the bellhousing.

Not quite sure how that would go over to the general public lol

I was thinking of naming my gym "Everyday Athlete" because its going to be set up more like an athletic training facility than a typical gym. What do you think?

Hankook Ventus V12 seem to work well (225 on 10") currently on the X5 wheels
Kumho ecsta worked well (235 on 9.5" little stretch) these where on my LM reps

I'll have to check those out when I get home from class. I'd like to keep it under $700. Which is why those closeout conti's are looking pretty appealing

well i figured its getting closer to march by the day and in march Im ordering a bunch of stuff from orchid euro. I'm planning to pick it up myself rather than shipping it. so my question to you all is what would you like me to pick up for you? they can pretty much get you anything, just need to ask them and if im going there in most likely april to pick it all up. all i would require from you is some money to cover some shipping cost.

incase you think im trying to rip someone off to ship a euro hatch through orchid it would cost 120 greyhound per what klye says. im looking for what ever you want to chip in

porsche is getting bumped from a 3.0 to a 3.2, amongst many many other things. Jersey is getting a 20v block to mate w/ the 16v head. should be fun. just trying to figure out how to not wreck the **** out of her oil pan.
