Thanks Steve, your daughter is adorable too... we haven't had Zoey that far in the water just yet, only her feet/legs so far.

We were indeed at summer fest on Sunday, Zoey was in rockstar mode

      Great shades!!!

yeah we were out at my fathers on the north fork one weekend and it was brutally hot and figured why not give the pool/water a shot.
She LOVED it. Not a sign of distress, being scared or anything. Her legs actually had a natural kicking motion as if she was trying to swim. I was really excited about it. Hopefully I can get her in the water a few more times before summer is out.

How have we not crossed paths before? My wife is from Cutchogue and we're out on the north fork all the time we'd love to move to Sayville eventually, just not sure when.

      That surprises me too!

I live in Patchogue, right over the Blue Point border on River Avenue (south of the Blue Point Brewery). I didnt want to buy a house too far from Flo's!

My wife and I frequent Sayville all the time. Great town. North Fork is certainly where its at. My father lives in East Marion.

First off, XstartXtodayX - It's crazy how quick Zoey is growing. Maybe it's because time is flying for me, but I remember when you posted the first picture of her! Now 4months latter and wow! So cute man!!!

Disclaimer: Ok..... I'm going to try to be good but I'm a little nuts about my boy and I have TONS of pictures!

Never heard of Flo's til now but will have to check it out, looks like a neat place so we'll have to go there before summer is over.

Thanks... and I enjoyed that post, he's adorable love the one of him in the little grey suit and that last one (all I kept think was ahhhh ice cream in the car nooooooo )

here's a couple of me and Zoey... this is where I set the camera and give it to my wife as I tell her to just point this way and press the button she's not tech/camera savvy but she's managed some awesome shots

Thanks! Yeah I love the suit one too; definitely one of my favs! And I was definitely worried about the ice cream cone, but w/ me driving and giving him licks while I held it, it wasn't working out so I said screw it and handed it to him! Surprisingly he did really well w/ it and only got a little on his carseat. The leather was good

And that 2nd shot is awesome!! I love that she is smiling at you! Even if your wife isn't camera savvy, she's still got "the eye"!!

Might as well add some new pics to this thread, and maybe some HD video from Daddys new iPhone?

Daniel J is now 5 months old, and he is doing some fun things! Sometimes he makes daddy angry, but then one smile or laugh from him and it's alllll better...

      With his Uncle Fred!

Ok I think I went overboard with the pics...

yea she can hold herself up after we prop her there for anywhere between a couple seconds to a few minutes now, I guess it all depends on the surface she's sitting on and how tired she is. Still waiting for her to sit up on her own. These shots were a little tricky, I was kneeling on the bed with the camera in my right hand (which weighs at least 5 lbs with the wide angle lens and battery grip) and a flash in my left hand while my wife propped her up then quickly got out of the shot, it was harder than it sounds b/c then I had to get Zoey to look up at me (which means I need to take my face away from the camera) then get my eye back to the eye piece, line up the focus point and fire while hoping she hasn't moved yet... needless to say this took a ton of attempts with plenty of throw away shots in the end it was all worth it.
