I just shipped that beast back to GIAC hq. Ends up since it is a socketed chip, they'll flash my new ecu and take the old socket. 100 bucks for a fresh flash on my new ecu. Not bad. I'll be at ntc for a month or 2 next month bro. How are you?

tell me about it. I will have to hit you up in early December, been in Dallas since Saturday. On leave!

Oh yeah, I'm turning in the Jetta to the body shop to get the rear axle finally fixed. said it should take like 2 days to get her back. Plus he said he would try to fix all the cosmetic blemishes while they straighten it and give her an alignment. This would be understood as them not fixing it correctly the first time and me using their guarantee/life time warranty clause. Booyah!

I happened to be behind my old Rabbit on the way back from Fox's and followed them home. Bill and Heather have been very good owners of my Amelie, lol. Gave em my number and offered any help for whatever reason to work on the car. Still has the bullet hole!

Aight so we been kinda dead lately... only 3 of us actually posting... there's about 10 or so new Euros since and if yall find this, please post up and let your presence be known. We usually try to go down to Cecil's in Deridder on a Saturday, but I'm sure we can adjust for a different place if that's too far.

      Allen and I

My name is Aaron, and I drive the lowered brown TDI Jetta.

Allen (squally) has a silver B5 S4 with Creepin europlate. His wife Brooke drives a Mk5 Jetta 2.5

Adam has a black Tiguan usually with a kayak or fishing poles on top.

Bill and Heather drive my old Mk5 Rabbit that is sage green with R32 tails.

My Neighbor drives a black 96 M3 with BBS RGR wheels, but is more into the drift scene with S14s

Weekly get together Saturdays at 2pm Chill Factor in New Llano, between Geico and Veronas before you get to Leesville. Bring your family and your Euros!

There's actually been an influx of euros over the last 6 months or so. Not a lot of tuners but looks like that is starting to change, lol.

As far as safe... well... pretty much no. These cops will come out at the most inopportune time and never be around when it isn't on your mind. I've managed to get away with some stuff here and there, but I did get a new high score the day before I reported to my unit... Was not intentionally racing a lifted Titan and wound up getting caught at 104 in my mk5 Rabbit... just so yall know: 1. There is a first time offense for speeding supposed to be like 50bux... and 2. The most they'll fine you for speeding is $303.79 plus jail time if the judge feels like it... I "got" 2hrs lol.

You can smash out a buck 40 on LA10 if your car can handle the twisties. I've seen 2 staties in the last year between Polk and cravens, and both of them were sitting at a log truck rollover site.

And to be clear, when I said 140, I really meant the posted speed limit of 55, or whatever it is back there. 140 was just an estimate

By the way I will be heading that way next year. Yes I already have orders a year out heading to 162 inf. Yup more OC duty yeah; anyway I will be hanging out on here to see what's up around them parts. If anyone knows of some good family places to rent a house it would be great to hear from you. Thanks in advance.
