I remember thinking how lame bars were compared to parks, house parties, etc. Actually, I still do, lol.

More often then not I usually prefer drinking at home without a bunch of people around.

I liked the bar right down the street from where I used to live in Bremerton. Took about 3 minutes to walk there, the drinks were strong but cheep, the bartenders were cool as phuk, and there weren't many people there ever so it was always chill.

I can walk two minutes to Bostons and partake in a few of their super mugs and then stumble home.

On an unrelated note, wifi at the hospital is slower then a blond with brain damage.

      It's kind of a long story. :p

My brother is having a few tests done before his surgery next Friday.

Yeah. He had a seizure about a year ago, and they checked his blood sugar levels almost right after, so they assumed it was blood sugar level related. Since then I made sure he kept his blood sugar levels up. Despite that he kept having random seizures and no one could figure out what was causing them. A few days after St. Patty's day he had another one so we had him go to a decent hospital (Evergreen in Kirkland) and they did a cat scan and figured out he has a huge (about the size of a grapefruit) brain tumor. So now he's going to be here at Swedish for everything where he'll get the treatment he needs. After the surgery next Friday he should be in the hospital for a week or so. It's good that despite it's size it's a very low grade tumor.

Wow.... that's a bummer. It's nice that the tumor is a low grade and I'm glad they found the source of Casey's seizures. I hope everything goes as planned and he comes out unscathed...
