18x9.5 all around would be $1050 shipped and they are hubcentric.

I will check on the weight, I know the 19x8.5s weigh 24lbs so the 18s should be 21-22lbs.

Would the 18x9.5 ET40 fit the without spacers on the rear of a mk4 R32?

Yes they would and you would need a 5mm spacer in the front to clear the brakes on the R32.
