    Looks good

Maybe you should talk Issam into taking it to production.

As for the TB placement, it has been mentioned before it's a pretty common position for aftermarket manifolds, but there must have been a reason VW put it in the middle in the first place, and i'm guessing it has to do with equal flow to all cylinders and the use of the flaps...

I always like to impoove on the OEM part and not change it completely. It takes away much of the guess work when something just doesn't work as it was supposed to.

they probably put it in the middle for fitment reasons. lol

idk about equal flow as after seafoaming, id scope my valves sometimes and numbers 2 and 3 valves would be soaked, but numbers 1 and 4 would more often than not have nothing on them that looked even remotely helpful. idk though as I never pull the mani to do a full inspection until we just went and cleaned the valves by hand.

You guys are prolly the only ones that make this kit and definetly something I need. The local VW shop here in Socal already has a big order in with you guys for forged rods and pistons since the engine is coming apart to fix a leaky head gasket likely from running too hot at my last track event.

Stock radiator handling all the cooling for both a Ko4'd engine plus a hot DSG transmission from shifting up and down with hard laps on the race track doesn't end very nicely.

I'm gonna ask them to look into adding this into the order

Does this still use the OEM oil filter for the TSI motor? does it also allow for use to run an oil temp and oil pressure gauge? Does it also have the parts needed to block off the factory oil heat exchanger from the radiator?

You would still use the factory heat exchanger if you wish (as it is integrated with the water pump set up so unless you completely block it off , it is going to stay there).

You will use a 719/30 Oil Filter from a 1.8T 06A motor. We supply them with the kit. If you wish to run an oil temp or oil pressure gauge we can supply a "T" fitting that you screw into your oil filter housing and from there what you do with the additional tap is up to you.

    Check your PM.
