Thread: Rear Monsoon speakers don't work!!! Need to know how to test

  1. 05-31-2010 08:39 PM #1
    Hello,
I've had this problem ever since I got the car. The rear base speakers dont work on my monsoon system. I need to know how to test if its the amp, head unit, speakers, ect. There is no static coming from the speakers.

    Thank you

get a meter and start testing your wires for power, and signal being given off by the amp. check all the easy places first.

I got a meter, and tested the input from the headunit....It read out fine...Then I tested the output from the amp and I did not get any signal.....But then I tested the front speaker outputs from the headunit( the front speakers work) and still got no signal, which makes no sense?
