A acid dip is the way to go but the price is no joke -$4.50 a lb. I tried having it sandblasted earlier but the undercoating was too thick.
I had helped a friend do this to his car back in the late 90's
So to total up the cost of triing to sandblast it and then do this. I'm up to $650.00 to just cleaning it.![]()
