I really like that red Porsche that Alex posted up top (sorry, I suck at Porsche model numbers), and every time I see a car on the Beeks lot, I get crazy ideas for new projects.
Love the thread and it was the inspiration for my own:

I didn't know about Sweet Toof until I watched Exit Through The Gift Shop a few weeks ago. I need to pay more attention to my street artists. Seen some Fairey, Space Invader, Iz The Wiz and some local NYC writers. And Sweet Toof, of course.

I always find it interesting that 99% of NYC looks like the ghetto... straight hood, yet you see $100,000+ cars on a regular basis.

IIRC the Camo Corolla has PA plates, so it's possible.

Black MKV with smaller-not-baller aftermarket silver multi-spoke wheels? If that's yours I see it all the time and think "That guy knows what's up." I'll grab a picture one of these days.

I also need to get a shot of the two Fahrenheit GTI's that park in front of the same condo by McCarren park.

They built the whole Atlantic City boardwalk set on the other side of my neighborhood, but tonight they were filming at the local park on my block. I brought the real camera out this time.

That's one hell of a colorful neighborhood. You have vehicles from all over the world and different eras of the last century.

Yeah, I'm near McGolrick park/Nassau Ave. Haven't seen that Bronco yet, but it looks rad. Not sure if it's $12K rad, but still awesome.

Speaking of awesome, Seabird, that Porsche is mean looking.

Very cool. I live on Graham and Meeker. Saw these two cars the other day.

first one i've ever seen in person:

    I LOVE the Williamsburg/Greenpoint area.

We need to start a Williamsburg Vortex car club! We should all grab some beers, and go watch F1 or just talk cars at a bar in the area. Seems to be plenty of us in the area!

    EDIT again! 2000 POSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably been answered already but in case it hasn't... this is done by turning the leaf springs around front to back, which moves the offset location point forward, extending your wheelbase. Very common with the old rigs.

oh wow! I wondered what this was:

And the fake snow in the air one morning. That would explain a lot then.

I guess i need to start taking pictures of more autos in the area, i see so many cool ones.

Yeah, they do a ton of filming for BWE, and other shows. The entire Atlantic City boardwalk set is at the end of Franklin Ave in Greenpoint, behind all those stacked up shipping containers.

Here are some more from last week:

Love the thread Mr Mooks. I've seen a few of those cars posted before....haven't been to BK in a while though. The cars and especially the buildings [and tucked away relics of the past like old trainstations *City Hall *] are definitely two of some of the main reasons I love this city. I used to take tons of pics of interesting cars, but that's all gone.

Nice. I still haven't seen an NSX in person. That reminds me though, I saw a black Ferrari 412 zip by me the other day, but I wasn't able to get a picture.
