saw this at the roll n roaster in sheepshead bay
This guy saw me poking around his garage...
So he pulled her out for me to get a better picture, sounded
He apologized twice for it to being so dirty
This is what he's working on now...
He said to stop by next week, he's got a vette in the garage across the street.

Hey guys, it's cool to add pics. I like seeing whats around other towns. I was pretty amazed at what sits on the street here in Brooklyn, which is why I started this thread, so if your town has cool stuff, please share.
Jack, that red Chevy is awesome. I imagine it has a nice rumble to it. And call me crazy, but me likey something about that crazy-ass MKII from Houston. I think because it looks like a prop from Star Wars.
I was over by Grand St and Olive.
Such a pretty car, and the guy and his wife were really cool and open to talk about the '49. All they do is go to car shows and win trophies it seems. Love the small community local vibe of Brooklyn. I was tempted to ask if he'd be willing to do some body work on the Volvo
Oh my god, the ****ing playgirl van. It seems like it never moves from where it's parked.
Hey, who's going to buy that smashed Oldsmobile convertible on N 12th and Bedford? It was in decent shape before snowpacalypse hit and it got rear-ended...
I also want to meet the dude who has one of these parked in McCarren:
Seen that Playgirl van a lot, too. Not sure why I don't have pics up. It's a real WTF car. It's in pretty horrible shape, too, so it's not some rolling advert for a current campaign. Just somebody's daily ride. Maybe a magazine distributor?
He has his own website. You can meet him here: http://thechinook.com/Originally Posted by The Igneous Faction
I'd love to have a larger scale model of one, but I did find this RHD one at a local junk shop (Junk, actually, for you locals):Originally Posted by smi2710
