I was thinking ahead past this weekend. Yes. the 27th. Regardless, my car needs a SERIOUS cleaning.

Definetly gunna need some Stickerage before JJB.

Also.. If you guys wanna get a shoot done with my lights and stuff, let me know... before I leave for Calgary at the end of August

  4. 06-18-2010 09:08 AM #109
We'll definately have that stickerage by JJB. Put in an order today.

As for pics...yes please. Talked to Stanceiseverything.com again. Feature on the crew is a go. We just need to set up a get together to grab some nice pics. He said it would be easier for him if we set up the shoot ourselves and just had him do the write up.

Any suggestions for a meet/shoot? OR we can just set it up at JJB. But I think I'd like a more industrial setting as it fits in with our name better. Like Brickworks etc.

If brickworks is still open. I think we should start looking for locations.

it would be cool if there was a park/factory or something overlooking the falls in Niagara.

Hamilton area. we could do the dirty, grimey areas or the 'so much freaking nature and greenery I want to puke' areas...

my guess is the brickworks is a no go...they have some serious construction going on now...i'd be surprised if anyone could get in.....but i've been known to be very wrong ...often....very often.

As for cleaning i think dave can attest to how dirty my bitch basket is right now....3/4 of the interior is sitting in my living room being steam cleaned

Thanks guys. Just off Cherry st. at Lakeshore.

Honestly they could be much better, but it was ridiculously hot out for how late it was, my stamina sucks ass and West Nile was killing us all

Even though it's my own car, this was my favorite:

I'm not gonna even bother commenting on Matt's pics. We all know they're good.

Few more updates on the blog.

As for the shoot. We'll try to get something set up in and around JJB. If not the Baseball diamond idea was always intriguing.

We'll also have lot's of stickers on hand.

Here's to hoping a good portion of the S.C. can make it out to JJB.

Here's a question for Gil or Dave:
Would I be able to get a sticker made up that says "support vehicle"
In the same font as scraped.crusaders. but a little smaller?
To go under the sticker here:
    VolksWagen: Bis Zum Bitteren Ende

HAHA, I had to read that a few times to know what was going on.

Had some free time yesterday. Had a set of 17s sitting around and had never test fitted them after lowering the car a bit. Put them on, went for a spin and washed them up. Sucks that they're multi-lug and the rears need some spacing but I don't HATE them.
