Thread: 2.0L mini keg intake>?

    has anyone done a mini keg intake for the 2.0L in the mk3? is it possible? what should be done to install it?

    cut a hole in the bottom and drill out 2 others to mount it to the MAF. attach a cone filter and its done. the question you should ask yourself is why.

    derrr....

    its just not the best option for a heat shield, add that to the fact that it will make you intake sound like a honda fart cannon.

    think tin exhaust. i'm not totally knocking it, i just think there are easier ways to make a heat shield. done right it would work just fine and maybe not sound too horrible.
