This is the most complete swap you will find.
I parted out a running mk3 jetta last summer and kept all of the vr6 swap parts for a project. Well, that project is on a bit of a delay, and I need to clear out some space in the garage.
This is a running swap with about 100k miles on it. It drove great when I took it out of the donor. The only reason the car was parted out was a smashed rear end, the motor was completely unharmed. The chains have not been done, but were making no noise when the motor was removed.
I meticulously removed the wiring, and labeled EVERY connector as I took it out. This was a long and tedious process, and will save you a ton of time and guesswork when you do your swap.
Included in the sale:
Complete 12v OBD1 vr6 engine
5-speed manual trans
Shifter, cables, etc
Complete front axles with brakes, etc
Front subframe
Core support
Complete, labeled wiring harness
ECU
Cluster
Pedal assembly
Radiator
Rear beam, brakes, etc (sans spindles)
NO SAI, removed for more hp's
and almost everything else from under the hood.
I'm not trying to make money off of this, I'd really like to see it go to a good project car.
$850 obo
