Helo guys, finally the cilinder head and intake maniflod and throttle body are finished.The problem is that I can not done almost enything in my country ( there is no parts or very good mecanic ) everything that Im working on my "G" I have to sent my engine parts at least one or more over border, that it means more worrys , more spernding time , and more spending money.. "for the love of the car"
The throttle body is expand 6mm , the intake manifold cca 5 mm , and chanels in the cilinder head from 4 mm to 6 mm..

In the meantime orders the orginal valver springs , the lift of this cam is 11.5 and that is the limit for serial valver spring , so I decided to replace them with news

The car rides four a few days ago, differences compared to before is :
- the car have a lot of power in low and high rpm-s, when it is could it works fidgetily, but when it warms up it works fine..
Now I have less bost for 0.25 bars ( on 16v head the bost is less four 0.3 bars , so this 8v head now have almost good flow as 16v )
Im now on winter set-up and 72 mm pullye , the car runs better than before on 68 mm pullye, so the power is increased approximately like 25-30 hp
I had to do some modifications on the the exhaust sistem and sealing on the inlet and exhaust to expanded

The only criticism is that car when is could it works fidgetily , but when it is warm up and when you hit the pedal of gas you forget all...
I think he means the car doesn't run perfectly when cold but after it warms up it runs fine without any problems. For the cold performance problems, try cleaning and adjusting the ISV since you've made performance mods to the car, and also adjusting the idle screw. Also you might want to replace the blue temp sensor since it plays a major part with the car performance.

There's no such thing as too much of anything but to little results in the need for more.
here's a short clip of the acceleration, recorded from a friend's car Mk IV GTI ( 180 hp ) Chiped ( APR ) , completly exhaust sistem 3.0 inch inox line( cat less ),6 kg flywheel... cca 220 bhp

BBS Rs ended on another beautiful car, I had a rm-s, which were the original on my car, so I decided to restore them.
First I ordered the radinox rings from "2" inch
so I gave the screws on chrome, bilnk. blink
rims prepared for painting ( These rims are very difficult to prepare )
they are not bad in the fluid kit
these rims were very difficult to prepare and paint, but the work has paid off
Hello boys and grils , bbs are on the car and finally fixed some stuff in interior of my G-ladiator
handbreak and steering-wheel fixed, some pices of interior :
nicely fits with the" 20 jahre gti" gear lever
