No Trades, No Parting, For Sale Only.

Ill start a new FS thread later, but for now its open to those who have followed the build and subscribers. You have seen what went into it, no I'm not giving it away, but a good offer will get it. Im asking $13K, but reasonable offers will be considered.

I am putting a Mk5 3.2L VR6 R32 long block with zero miles on it in my 2001 2.8L VR6. I am nearly ready to start the dismantling process. I am using Mk4 R32 ECU and cluster. I just ran into an issue with the valve cover so I am going with a Mk4 R32 valve cover and intake. Since I have a 2001 I had to have the body harness, engine harness and a lot of other parts from a Mk4 R32 and an 03 GTI. We also have a O2M 6-spd trans with a peloquin diff upgrade. I also have 20th headlights, new coilovers all around, a set of Miro STP 1 wheels in 18x8.5 all around, slotted rotors front and rear, Mishimoto radiator, front and rear valances from a 20AE and I am upgrading my system to JL Audio 340/4 and 500/1 amps pushing to 10w3v2's and 4 6.5" Infiniti Reference speakers. That's about it, I will have pics when we start. I got a couple now to get you going.

      The Car

      The R32

      The Wheels

      More to follow.

get ready for a crazy amount of front wheel spin in 1st and 2nd gear. I took my haldex fuse out one time and even with 235s on it spun like mad

This link will show you some of the projects put out at HB. The first VR on the 1st post is Troy's. If you live in Hamptonroads you may have come across him. The RS6 was mine. I sold it a couple months ago.

Why not a 3.6L VR6 from the Passat?

Either way, I'll be watching this thread closely.
