I'm at the home depot off the van wyck, checked the parking lot under the van wyck and didn't see any dubbers, am I in the wrong place? Or does it start later?

If you took a right and went down about 1/8 - 1/4 mile you would see them on your left.

my 82 rabbit should finally be back on the road in another couple of months. i havent touched it since december, which was when i dumped $1,100 into her to get everything running almost mint. all she needs now is a nice tune up then i can install all of the parts i have & finally drive this thing again!

unfortunately i busted another drivers side CV boot yesterday. my third one.

just when i thought i took care of everything (btw alen replaced the same axle a few weeks ago) i had to go and drive on some seriously shi tty roads and bust that sht open. this time is def the worst though, my entire interior was rattling the entire way to queens from westchester.

id love to take my car back to alen but my schedule doesnt work with his...
anybody know a good shop that can replace my axle that is open kind of earlier...like 8am? i know the job itself takes like 30-40min max i just need to be in great neck by 10am for work.

i neeeeed to bring my car to eurothon lol...seriously though if it comes down to it, ill drive it to yonkers how it is.

ideally, i would like to get it done thursday morning...just in time to bring it out thursday night!

gotta love CV boot grease...EVERYWHERE

CV boot being torn isn't as bad as a blown axle, but still not something u drive too fast/far on.
i guess if ya cruise slow and avoid as many bumps/holes as possible, should be ok.
