Check into the HPA SHS coilovers. Same as KW V1's with ride height adjustment. No dampening adjustments, but they really don't need them. HPA did a great job valving them and I never bottom out on anything, unless of course I'm going over speed bumps and such. But that comes with being low, so nothing to do with the suspension setup. I thought they would've been on sale for H20, but I didn't see anything on HPA's website. Maybe give Nik a call and see if they have them on sale right now. Usually they drop them to $895 from the retail price of $1095, which is still pretty decent.

    Just a thought.

$895 is pretty good price. Dont know how low the system goes compared to the B&Gs or Ksports but the systems I have seen on other Rs they dont go as low as the other two. Plus I have heard of issues with the struts going bad. I think im leaning towards the Ksports

No, they don't go as low as the B&G's or the Ksports, but at the max drop (35mm/1.4") you'll still tuck a little tire on stock tires. Enough to where its a good idea to roll your fenders. At least I need to.

As far as the struts wearing out, I haven't had any issues and they've been on my car for 20k miles so far. I know some have had issues with a clunking noise, but I honestly haven't had a bit of trouble. And they ride really nice, too. I mean, if they do end up going bad, they carry a lifetime warranty, so the parts will get replaced for free. cheeebs has already tested that one.

This is as low as the SHS coilovers will go.....

Hey, hey no posting pics of my car until suspension is adjusted and wheels are on! In case you are wondering AWPower they are FK Silverline X and ride really smooth with the dampening adjusted right in the middle. They also have a lifetime warranty.

Did you adjust dampening on the rears at all?

I realized that I didn't once I had everything bolted up and the car back on the ground.

Yes, I set them right to the middle or at least I hope I did. Doesn't seem like there is really way a way to tell exactly what they are set to. I followed the instructions though, and they ride smooth just a little firmer than stock. Just out of curiousity did you install the spring adjusters on the top or bottom of the spring?

You should post pics up either way. Im kinda on a budget so the Ksports suit me. They are cheap, go low and also if I want track the car perhaps then I could do so. The FKs are nice, one of the systems that I was looking into but they are still more expensive then the Ksports. They will last a few years and when they go then I can invest in another

I hear ya. I was originally going to go with the FK Silverlines that aren't dampening adjustable until I met up with Av. at a meet and he talked me into getting the X's so I could adjust the dampening. Only reason I didn't go with the Ksports is because I just didn't like the fact I would be spending close to $900 on coilovers and not get a lifetime warranty. I felt the extra $270 or so for the lifetime warranty was worth it. I got the FKs from NGP for $1149 shipped.

They actually look solid with the drop.

I have the "center cap mod" but like the different look of the OEM caps.

I also threw my brand new blue dice bling bling on them.

They don't fit the MKV centers. They're for MKIV's, which have a smaller diameter. I still have them sitting in a box at home, though. Figured they might fit my next wheels. At elast it's worth a shot anyway.
