I tried doing myself. the paint is starting to chip off. its hard to get the paint to stick on the gloss. and having to sand it down takes all day. so Instead of having to touch up every couple of months. or spending the whole day sanding, I would rather get one that is already done.

Ok so I checked the website. It doesn't have one for the CC. I'm assuming that the badge for the golf 4 might work.

I would measure before hand, but also isn't the emblem all one big disc piece on the rear of the trunk since it flips up? I haven't checked mine out yet so that's why i'm asking.

Sand the chrome finish with a medium fine paper until it is no longer shiny. 120 to 150 grit would be good. Then clean thoroughly with alcohol so you will not have any fisheyes caused by skin oil.

After that, do not touch with your skin. Use rubber gloves while doing all the work for best results.

Then use a good quality, outdoor spray that is flat, such as Valspar or Krylon.

Do at least 3 very light coats allowing one hour inbetween.

Try this link on ebay. I bought my front emblem from them and I will eventually replace my rear. The user name is rb_styling
