My 1979 Rabbit, she is an original small back and the respray was done about 4 years back but still in really nice shape as the pictures can show you. this car was and has been my dream car for quite some time and although I absolutely love it I am wanting something that can accommodate some new life changes i am going to be making.

I don't think you have owned it, so no herpes yet lol I am just joking.

no I bought it a while back way more than 2 months ago lol and for a lot more than 4k, and I have since done quite a lot of work as well as clean up on the car to get it where it sits.

Obviously any real interest in the car will be taken as such and i would be more than happy to provide any info about how when and the reasoning behind purchasing the car as well as selling

I really would love to keep it I really do, but it's just going to have a very hard time fitting into some new life changes, and I would rather pass it on and find something I am content with and can drive without trying to turn into a dream car of mine..

and just for anyones reference I am the third owner, fourth if you consider the original giving it to his son as I have been told...

Anyways please don't post to be mean for no reason, this is a ft fs thread and although opinions are welcome, I don't really think you should try and take away from someones thread because of either misguided information, or whatever reason it may be.

I am slowly installing all of the "maintenance" parts i have laying around. all were expected to be installed when i sold her anyway. so far door handles and lock boxes clear turns and now the steering column bearing
