Thread: Old School Gangster Style

  1. 08-10-2010 02:07 PM #1
didnt know how else to name this ad

Carving Head 40's (same company that makes Starks)

    -17"x8" et 22 5x100/4x100 all around
-205/50/17 Sumitomo HRTZ tires (mounted on August 7th 2010)
-Some curb marks along the very edge of the lips
-center caps dont sit completly flush (simple fix with some washers)

Story behind these: went to Japan earlier this year, found these in a shop, fell in love, brought them back.

I LOVE THEM but the fitment is just a bit too aggressive for me. Im pretty sure these are the only set in the country, well at least in this spec.

Id like $1800 or trade for something else

fyi, I remember something similar for sale at the end of last winter down in the States in the 4x100 FS forums....not sure what make. They looked pretty pimp on a Scion xB.

    17x8.5 and 17x10

    +13 and +20 I believe.

^^^ Would trade in a hot second but I cant run staggered widths with AWD

  16. 01-20-2011 11:16 AM #16
    Boooooourns

Those things would look baller on my slammed SRT

    What about a set of un-refinished BBS RS's? :/
    16x8
    5x120.

Or if you want something much less aggressive, I have a set of SRT-4 wheels powdercoated metallic gunmetal, with a set of 205/50/17 BFG KDW's... Come with gold lugs...
Would probably look baller on your car

You can, if you can calculate tire widths, sidewall and stretch to within 2% of overall diameter.

    215/40 front 225/40 rear etc.

  18. 01-20-2011 11:50 AM #18
^^^ lol i dont want to run that much stretch haha im sure theyd look good on your wagon though

and ill pass on the SRT4 wheels, ive still got an extra set of works so ideally id like to trade for an equally rare or unique set of wheels
