whistling under load...

hey guys...Noobie here.

Need your assistance in identifying where this is coming from.

When in idel car is fine....once it starts boosting around 2000rpm the car makes a whining noise...as you get higher in the rpm teh car starts whistling. this happens in all gears.

I have checked teh flg:
Block off on turbo
dv + DV RELOATE
boost pipes
pcv.
comprssor turbine - with car still on . fins on the turbo also feel fine - no shaft play either.
exhaust - front to back
induction

I suspect a blown turbo BUT the car is reaching peak boost and holding it as well. No smoke of any kind and power is still there....so i dotn think its turbo.

What else can i check?

im suspecting accessory belt tensioner....anyone know the symptons of this? I know when i start the car i hear the birds sound...?

we are haveing this same problem but have no boost? we've pressure tested the intake track and fixed all small leaks but still no boost? Possible Blown Turbo?

the casue of the sound was one of the fins broke off the shaft.

if you getting no boost and everything is in place and you not hearing any sounds of air escpaing then ur turbo is poofed
