    Just curious, i had a APR full exhaust on my GLI and im super interested in buying another minus the price of it, but magnaflow is so popular im just wondering which would be best suited for my R. there is a huge price difference obviously and sound, as far as performance which would you consider without giving into your job and hyping up/ selling the magnaflow?????

    The resonated systems are what have been selling the best and what we recommend (but it's ultimately up to you).

    The Catbacks sound quieter than Stock and really dont sound as a "magnaflow" should. I see more of these in the classifieds from old buyers than i see people posting feedback on your for sale thread. How many of these do you guys have left, also have you tried EBAY?

    Its a quality product, manufacturing wise, but they dont sound good, lol.

    i like the magnaflow sound better than the apr catback for the r32 ive had both..much deeper tone with magnaflow..Oh not to steal thread but illl be posting my magnaflow catback up for sale soon for 425 shipped obo

    i beg to differ this post is very opinionated, there are actually the majority of people that like magnaflows sound over the competition

    If you remove the Resonator , yes it sounds good. but raspy. The Maganflow with the RES, the one you purchase from MJM, In mY OPINION and many others, which is why you see them in the classifieds, are a result of it being QUIETER than Stock.

    Is it a quality exhaust, yes. But you cant tell me it isnt quieter than a stock exhaust.

    oh i see the one i have and am selling is with out the resonator...so it makes sense that the sound is different...never had chance to hear it with resonator on

    Yeah taking out the mid pipe res def. makes it sound better (not too raspy IMO). That being said I'm trying out an EIP Comp instead of my Magnaflow (still stock) next weekend. I'll probably make a thread comparing.

    Dear Vortex Friends,

    I purchased the catback last Friday from mjmautohaus and was informed today by their sales tech that Magnaflow has raised their prices on their product, so unfortunately they had to do the same.

    So, please pay attention that the price is no longer $474.95 but $499.00.

    I do not think is fair to have an add that says one price and on the site is another price.

    I bought it anyway because I need that system but if wasn't for that I don't know ...
