    i'm still getting the run-around... i seriously doubt i'm getting my money back after all this, but at least once this thread gets locked by the mods (just like the other one), people will see all these comments if they search his name.

    i've been on the vortex for a few years now, and this is by far the worst experience i've had buying stuff in the classifieds. and i've bought a lot of stuff.

    i'm extremely disappointed.

    As afar as ban...last time I talked to the mods....we were under the impression if he was banned he would just use another name. At least like this we can kinda keep an eye on this douchebag

    Just to reiterate: I haven't received any refund from this guy, and he keeps giving me lame excuses. Maybe it's time to hit up his "sponsors" for my $65?

    (p.s. I realize this is just $65, but it was MY semi-hard-earned $65, and this guy shouldn't get away with it.)

    Also of note: he hasn't even tried to respond to my open paypal dispute instated against him. Even worse is that he's needlessly dragged his girlfriend into it by using her email address and paypal. I almost felt bad about sending her a message on the facebooks, but when she started in with excuses too, I didn't feel bad anymore.

    Bump this ****er to the top.
