^^^^ That was the BEST video game EVER.

I watched Terminator 2 with my cousin's family a while ago. My cousin's kid, who's about 10, got this really confused look on his face in the scene where the T-1000 is hunting John through the arcade. He turned to me and said, "What is that place?"

"It's an arcade at the mall."

    "But...what's that?"

    I felt like Methuselah.

Arcades are still fairly common. You aren't old, that kid just needs to get out more.

Man, I miss the good ole days. My kid has an X-Box, PS3, Wii at his grandmother's, and a PSP. I was lucky to have a SEGA Master System.....

Remember how cool it was to own a 2 player game, and to not have to pay, because the other guy would always lose? I miss that....

A few years back Lucas released versions of the movie on DVD that contained the latest version of the movies and the original theatrical releases.

I'm sure you can find them cheaper then paying to convert old VHS tapes.

Damn, it's bothering me now. I swear I have played Hard Drivin' as well and on my Amiga 500, too, not as an arcade game. But the game that I remember better is Stunts.

I'd opt for the Laserdisc Definitive Collection.

I can't wait to show my kids (almost 2yrs) Star Wars in a few years. The LaserDisc will blow their minds.
